Kids Program

Capoeira is an excellent activity for kids to develop a wide variety of skills, from flexibility and balance, to focus and coordination. Each class incorporates capoeira movements and music into games and group activities. Our instructor, Instrutora Esquila, is highly experienced in teaching children the art of Capoeira in a fun and safe environment.
